5 HOW WE USE COOKIES

Analytics

5.1 Analytics: We use analytic cookies which, in conjunction with our web server log files, allow us to calculate the total number of visitors to our website and identify the most popular areas. More broadly, the website uses Google Analytics and other analytic programs to measure, track data and provide us with information that may lead to us providing a better service to our members. In general, we do not store any personal data that you provide to us via a cookie.

5.2 Ads / Remarketing: We use "Google Ads" for conversion tracking and as part of the remarketing function. Google Ads is an analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). More information about how Google uses data can be found here .

When you click on an ad served by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is placed on your computer. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie that is valid for 90 days.

The information collected using the cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. We only learn the total number of users who clicked on an ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. We do not receive any information that personally identifies users.

To stop this tracking, please follow the instructions OptOut from Google

5.3 Cookies from third-party providers

If our service is integrated into the website of a cooperation partner, these cooperation partners may also use cookies. We have no control over this and are not responsible for the practices of these cooperation partners. For your own security, we therefore recommend that our customers inform themselves about the data protection provisions of the respective partner sites. We cannot and do not control how cookies are used by third parties.
